Sending a case digitally to Precision Dental Products is simple and efficient. We accept all intraoral scans through your preferred digital scanning platform. If your intraoral scanner software is not listed or if you have a question about sending a case digitally, please call us at 1-866-668-2483 or send an email to juan@onebite.com.
To send files through 3Shape Communication Portal Login to portal.
3ShapeCommunicate.com with your Communicate account information.
Click on Connections at the top of the page.
Click the Add Connection button.
Enter the email juan@onebite.com to connect with Precision Dental Products.
Once you see the correct lab in the list, highlight the Lab and click the Connect Button.
If it is possible to export the intraoral scan to an STL file, such as the CEREC scanner, please send those files and the prescription form to files precisiondentalproducts@gmail.com.
If files are too late to send through email, you may send the files through WeTransfer.
To send a case using your iTero scanner, please have your office call iTero support at 1-800-577-8767. Give them Precision Dental Products lab ID number (963016) to connect your office to our laboratory. After the connection is made, Precision Dental Products will appear as an option to send cases in the iTero software.
To send a case using your Medit scanner, please connect to our lab in the Medit Link software. There you will be able to send case information and scan files.
